Your Mission
You will analyze the e-commerce brands we work with, their industry and its trends. You will deep-dive into their performance metrics, and translate those insights into high-converting scripts and briefs for social media ads.
With an in-house creative team at your service, you will review the final videos and images of what you wrote, and assure they are of high quality, and that they match the brand guidelines & goals.
Beyond that, you will collaborate with our R&D team to build the tools that will automate this creative process at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Research: Deep-dive into e-commerce brands to identify their USPs and target audience personas.
Scriptwriting & Concepting: Write high-performance social media scripts designed to drive direct sales, leads, and engagement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance data to extract actionable insights. Youll know exactly why an ad worked and how to double down on it.
Quality Control: Review produced content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, aesthetics, and strategic goals. Youll provide direct, constructive feedback to creators.
Iterative Growth: Manage the creative lifecycle. Youll be responsible for constant iterations based on data to improve ROAS and scale winning concepts.
Client Management: Act as a strategic partner to our clients - summarizing meetings, managing requests, and ensuring their vision is reflected in the final product.
Product R&D: Work alongside our developers to help design and refine internal tools that make creative strategy more efficient and scalable.
Requirements: Must Have
3+ Years of Experience: We're looking for someone who came from a top-tier ad agency, a performance production house, or a high-growth e-commerce brand.
The Hybrid Mindset: Someone who is equally comfortable with analyzing data, as writing emotional scripts.
The "Standard" Setter: Someone who has a sharp eye for detail, context, and high standards for production quality.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
