Were looking for a People Operations Specialist to help take digital adoption to the next level.
As A People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRSystems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related data and information. This role will involve collaborating with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade andoptimize HR operation solutions.
* The role is a temporary 8-month position for maternity leave replacement.
What will you actually be doing?
Day-to-day hands-on support and maintenance of employee records in our HR system: Workday, keeping high integrity and reliability of the data.
Conduct and facilitate onboarding new hires and facilitating a smooth transition.
Maintain human resource policies such as on-boarding, off-boarding etc.
Contribute to the creation and updating of People Operations processes and Documentation, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as payroll, FP&A, Office Operations etc.
to address employee queries and enhance the overall employee experience.
Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses to identify trends in our workforce.
Work with PBPs on employee-relations matters to streamline HR processes.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in HR operations role.
Experience working with HR systems (preferably SuccsessFactors) - Advantage
Proficiency in Excel functions such as Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.
Problem-solving by finding creative solutions to complex challenges.

Service oriented and strong administrative operational skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
Strong Communication skills, written and verbal in both Hebrew and English.
