Required FP&A Analyst (temp)
About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the FP&A field within a high-tech SaaS company.
As an FP&A analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Customer Success (CS) department, by building and maintaining datasets to support the departments analysis. You will be responsible for ongoing data analysis, maintaining and improving recurring reports, and supporting ad hoc requests related to CS performance.
In addition, you will take part in preparing presentations and reporting insights to CS leadership. You will get to work alongside experienced professionals, to develop your financial and analytical skills and contribute to our success.
Job responsibilities
As an FP&A Analyst, you will:
Build, maintain, and improve recurring reports and datasets to ensure a clean and scalable foundation for all CS related analysis.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (CS, Finance, BI) to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and consistency across reports.
Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide regular forecasts, highlighting potential variances and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare clear and insightful presentations and reporting materials for CS leadership, including performance summaries and actionable recommendations.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting to support executive decision-making and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with global Sales teams to structure, position, forecast, and drive execution of large strategic deals.
Act as the central liaison between Sales and crossfunctional stakeholders involved in the deal lifecycle (Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management, Legal, etc.).
Build and deliver Quotes, Rate Cards, and Enterprise Licensing Agreements to support complex deal motions.

We are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to join the FP&A team within the Finance group.
As a FP&A Business Partner, you will work with key stakeholders in the organization to build and maintain a budget and forecast for one of our Divisions and to support Divisional and Finance leaders with analytical tools for decision-making. This role provides a high level of exposure to the organization's Leadership. An ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating such a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment independently.
In your day-to-day as FP&A Business Partner at our company, you will:
Build and develop financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for the companys corporate units.
Maintain and improve company financial and operational models, and run ad hoc analysis in various areas, including income, resource allocation, and cohort-level insight.
Deliver insight regarding business metrics, including comparison to prior periods, highlighting key variances/trends, and providing high-level commentary for use by management.
Enable data-driven decision-making by working closely as an "analytical arm" to department heads, building business cases that shape key strategies.
Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights with management.
