We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Business Operation Specialist to drive growth across core and new customer segments with a strong emphasis on technical skills and analytical rigor.

You Will

Develop and maintain pricing/economic models, run sensitivity analyses, and identify business risks and mitigations, and translate findings into clear recommendations and execution roadmaps.
Analyze statistical data (descriptive and inferential), identify trends and causal drivers, and draw rigorous, data-backed conclusions to inform strategy
Monitor customer trends, competition, and segment dynamics; define strategies to capture opportunities and defend against threat
Build yearly/quarterly/monthly plans aligned to market strategy, leveraging pricing, product bundles, and marketing tools, and introduce new ideas to grow profitability. Provide cross-functional support for the Israeli site's operations and needs.
In partnership with analytics, optimize engagement and unit economics for maximum profitability.
Produce crisp analyses and business deep-dives that explain performance, validate hypotheses, and systematize learnings for scale.
3+ years as a business manger/ revenue manger in tech companies.
Requirements:
Excellent Excel skills (complex functions)
Experience in sensitivity analysis and scenario planning
Experience in economic/financial modeling (e.g. pricing changes impact on portfolio, build cohort/LTV frameworks)
Statistical literacy (reading/understanding distributions, variance, significance, confidence intervals)
High ability to infer conclusions from data and turn insights into prioritized actions
Clear analytical writingtranslating data into concise narratives for senior stakeholders ability to build high-quality materials (docs, decks) for exec audiences.
Strong problem-solving: generate quality hypotheses, structure ambiguous problems, and guide stakeholders to customer- and business-centric solutions.
Highly self-motivated and curious; able to self-learn new domains and deeply understand the Remitly customer.
Autonomous and proactive; able to lead cross-functional teams by influence.
Experience motivating and guiding teams without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Nice to Have
Experience in the financial industry.

How will you make an impact?
Lead the HR QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process and in other global HR processes: Track HR metrics progress and analyze people trends, provide insights, follow up on process progress, issue and analyze reports. Aggregate action items & proactive follow up to completion
People analytics reports and analysis to support the Executive VP HR and company-wide HR decisions and agenda

About the Role
*This is a temporary and full-time position (6 months)
As a treasury analyst, you will take a significant part in the cash management area, and currency risks and exposure. You will be responsible for managing multiple banks, both locally and globally, and communicating with global teams on a daily basis.
To succeed in this role you should have experience working in fast-pace environment, thinking out of the box and excellent communication skills
What You'll Be Doing
Management and oversight of the company working capital requirements, including daily liquidity, funding, excess funds investments and planning, etc.
Companys relationships with the global and local banks and other payment service providers, including bank fees management, ensuring proper controls and procedures are in place.
Manage the global FX risks and exposure while maintaining coverage requirements, hedging derivatives reporting and disclosure.
Banking system administration including support to the worldwide users.
Perform monthly and quarterly financial Income and expenses analysis.
Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements, internal controls, policies and procedures.
Serving as a focal point for the treasurys areas of responsibilities to the auditors, lawyers and other business partners.
Support treasury related disclosures to be included in financial statements, ensure effectiveness of controls
Perform other ad-hoc analysis and Treasury models (FX exposure, cash, interest income)
Identify process improvements to optimize treasury activities, automate functions, and increase internal controls.
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting,
Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to details skills.
Well understanding of public companies with global operations.
2-3 years of relevant experience in Treasury operations.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Treasury systems and web-based banking systems, including implementation of systems, processes and change management.
Netsuite experience - advantage
Excellent communicational (both verbal and written) skills- both English and Hebrew.
The ability to prioritize multiple priorities, organize, manage time and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
