We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Retail team. In this role, you'll serve as a key operational support function for our Account Management and Merchant Operations teams, helping ensure smooth day-to-day execution across our retail and grocery partners. You'll handle a variety of operational, administrative, and logistical tasks, while adapting to evolving business needs and supporting high-impact initiatives across the organization. What You'll Be Doing
Operational Support
Provide day-to-day operational support to Account Management and Merchant Operations teams.
Execute a variety of administrative and back-office processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Monitor ongoing operational workflows and ensure adherence to internal processes and guidelines.
Support business-critical and seasonal initiatives by coordinating updates and operational tasks across merchant portfolios.
Device & Logistics Coordination
Manage the preparation, configuration, and shipment of operational devices for merchant partners.
Coordinate deliveries and logistics processes with external vendors and service providers.
Track inventory and device allocation while ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Financial & Administrative Tasks
Review operational credits, deductions, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
Support ongoing reporting, documentation, and process tracking activities.
Merchant Operations Support
Assist Merchant Operations teams during peak periods and operational projects.
Support outbound communication with merchant partners regarding operational updates, procedures, and business requirements.
Help drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements: Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics coordination, or similar roles is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support changing priorities and business needs.
Strong execution skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help internal and external stakeholders succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools; Excel experience is an advantage.
