Were looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager with analytical expertise to support business teams and build insights based on tracking and reporting.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage and monitor programmatic performance regularly, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our customers
Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for the internal teams with goals, performance, and insights
Contribute to developing new strategies to improve our performance across the board
Support and assist the Account Management and Partnerships teams
Work closely and collaborate with the product team on feature requests, product enhancements, and data analytics reports
Onboard new supply and demand partners utilizing Prebid and oRTB protocols
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in ad operations role from a global ad-tech company
Proven experience with operating within SSPs\exchanges and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
Hands-on management of large-scale budgets
Analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel (Must!) and Google applications
Experience in onboarding new supply and demand partners, including integration, discrepancies, and resolving issues yourself
Excellent written and verbal English for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Attention to detail and the ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
Excellent self-learning capabilities, strong quantitative and analytical skills
