We are on the lookout for a highly motivated, innovative and results- driven superstar, who will be our next Casino Retention Manager & Copywriter that will take on a maternity lead position for 8 months. This role's main responsibilities are planning and creating multi-channel online marketing campaigns that build brand trust, loyalty, engagement, and profitability and writing amazing, responsible and capturing copy that will go hand in hand with our retention and acquisition initiatives. * Setting the tone of voice in all Casino marketing materials and communications, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
* Writing creative, persuasive, and engaging copy for emails, websites, banners, landing pages and other communications and marketing assets
* Working closely with marketing and creative teams on marketing materials from conception to completion
* Ensuring marketing objectives and creative briefs are met and up to brand standards in all marketing materials.
* Working on communication projects that engage new and existing users, build awareness and strengthen the brand.
* Being in charge of all the small print, disclaimers, and regulations to ensure player safety and concise communications that fall within our regulated markets.
* Developing & managing both mass market and segmented marketing campaigns for existing players, while utilizing various channels & marketing tools
* Spearheading innovative marketing projects from ideation to execution that deepen players engagement, loyalty, and brand satisfaction.
* Boosting retention and increasing player lifetime value & profitability
* Collaborating with designers, copywriters, HTML & web developers, and operational services to create compelling campaigns and messaging.
* Working with numerous interfaces and platforms across several markets to create promotions and localize communications.
* Analyzing marketing campaigns, monitoring KPI results and optimizing communications. - Deep understanding of promotions details: bonus, terms, compliance guidelines. Analyze competitors' product offerings, promotions, and marketing strategies to inform product development and brand marketing Work with the Customer Service team to ensure inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback and adjust offering accordingly to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Your skills:
* English - Mother tongue
* Experience in marketing copywriting and leading communication projects
* Experience working closely and collaborating with creative teams on concept marketing briefs
* Previous writing experience in casino marketing - advantage
* Ability to work in tight timelines
* Multi-tasker- ability to work on a few different projects in parallel
* Creative and unique approach
* People person- ability to work as part of a team with many different marketing managers
* Detail oriented

* Impeccable grammar
* 3 years experience in marketing: initiating, developing, and executing multi-channel innovative and engaging campaigns.
* Analytical skills and familiarity with Excel.
