Were looking for a strategic and curious Product Marketing Manager to help us shape and communicate the value of our HR Planning products. Youll collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to turn ideas into action and insight into growth.
Understand the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors of customers within the HR Planning space.
Translate product capabilities into customer-facing messages that drive impact.
Build tailored messaging, positioning, and collateral for new features, segments, and use cases.
Create content like one-pagers, slides, battlecards, web copy, and videos that support launches and pipeline growth.
Work cross-functionally to align on GTM strategy and ensure teams are enabled and equipped.
Support the creation and delivery of product stories across channels and personas (HR, IT, Finance).
Contribute to win/loss analysis, segment insights, and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that amplify our narrative.
Be a fast learner whos comfortable jumping into projects mid-flight and iterating along the way.
Use product usage data, sales insights, and campaign metrics to optimize messaging and drive continuous GTM improvements.
Act as a strategic partner to Product, bringing market trends, competitive intel, and customer feedback into roadmap discussions.
Drive persona research and customer discovery initiatives to inform messaging, sales enablement, and product roadmap alignment.
Define and evolve the strategic narrative for HR Planning, partnering closely with product leadership to position us as a differentiated solution in a competitive market.
Requirements: Essential:
Demonstrable experience leading product marketing efforts in a tech company.
Prior experience in product marketing is essential.
Experience working in global SaaS environments.
Strong grasp of the technical aspects of products, with the ability to translate complex features into value-based messaging and clear storytelling.
Preferred:
A natural storyteller with a strong grasp of rational thinking and structured communication.
Demonstrable curiosity and willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and work through ambiguity.
Experience working with or adjacent to product, engineering, or customer-facing teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and strategic thinking.
Background in a related GTM or marketing role (e.g., sales enablement, growth marketing) with clear crossover into product marketing in a SaaS company.
Experience in B2B SaaS, value-based messaging, or HR tech is a plus.
Multilingual is a bonus, but not required.
