QA Engineer - Computer Vision for Autonomous Drones
we specialize in solving technical challenges related to computer vision and AI for autonomous flights. We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in computer vision to join our team of SW and algorithm developers. You will play a key role in developing a cutting-edge product that enables drone and UAV autonomy through computer vision.
Product Focus:
2D/3D map-based drone navigation
Real-Time drone surroundings understanding for emergency landings and obstacle avoidance
Fusion of computer vision and other drone sensors
Responsibilities:
Develop TEST plans for new software versions
Design tests for new software enhancements, edge cases, and software regression
Execute tests, both offline and online
Analyze TEST results
Design and lead field tests based on our company's SW and HW
Monitor, document, and analyze system behavior during field tests and offline
Build and utilize automation tools for system tests
Maintain bug life cycle
Participate in POC testing.
Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on QA experience
Experience as a QA Engineer in interdisciplinary systems (SW and HW)
Proficiency in bash/ Python scripting for automated tests
Experience with Linux systems, particularly on mobile processors like Nvidia Jetson
Experience in computer vision algorithm development/implementation
Advantages:
Familiarity with drones, including flying, missions, and autopilots
Experience with camera-based systems
Familiarity with Docker container concepts.
