Organic Strategy Content Execution
Develop and Execute Strategy: Define and lead a comprehensive organic social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, facebook, YouTube, TikTok, instagram ) that aligns with brand goals of increasing awareness and driving traffic to our PrepPacks and resources.
Content Calendar Management: Plan, create, and manage a daily/weekly content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of educational, engaging, and highly shareable content (e.g., career tips, TEST prep myth-busting, short-form video, infographics).
Create Platform-Native Content: Become our expert in short-form video (Reels/TikTok), carousels, infographics, and memes, tailoring content to the unique best practices of each platform.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering for content ideas, image generation, copy refinement) to streamline th
Requirements: Qualifiactions
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with a demonstrable track record of significant organic growth (e.g., portfolio with before/after metrics is highly valued).
Content Mastery: Expert in short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and visual storytelling, with basic proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva).
Paid/UGC Experience: Proven ability to create engaging, authentic UGC-style video content that drives action, specifically for paid advertising/direct response.
AI Efficiency Tools: Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools to enhance and speed up social media content creation workflows.
Platform-Specific Knowledge: Deep, current working knowledge of how organic algorithms function across major platforms (especially LinkedIn and Meta) and the specific best practices for eac
