Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Admin to join our sales team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners in Italy, while also providing sales administration support across additional international markets. You will assist sales leadership in driving revenue growth and improving productivity by managing daily administrative tasks and supporting both front- and back-office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Serving as the main focal point for the sales managers and customers regarding product availability, answering queries, reports, etc.
* Act as an internal focal point for sales order-related issues, including order processing, modifications, shipments, etc.
* Tracking the automated sales order system and providing backup when needed.
* Maintaining & tracking sales data in Priority ERP, including reports and sales analysis
* Financial support: budget control, commission follow-up, collecting payments, and more.
* Marketing support by booking events/locations.
Requirements: Requirements

* 0-2 years of relevant professional experience (in sales or customer support/ front/back-office or other); preferably from a global company with a technological environment.

* Well organized, multi-tasking abilities, and working well under pressure.
* Quick perception and good self-learning ability.
* Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed, to support regional sales activities
* Availability for an 80% position.
