We are hiring an Implementation Engineer to advise clients and prospects on how to leverage us for all their mobile attribution challenges. Immersed in the most crucial part of the client experience, you will become their technical advisor and solve implementation requirements. You will also be the industry expert and provide insights that can help shape your client's marketing strategy. Acting as a liaison between the client and the technology, you will lead technical conversations during the sales cycle, guide engineers during the implementation phase, maintain client integrations with various partner technologies, and deliver feedback to drive product innovation.
What You'll Do:
Act as the customers main point of contact during the onboarding phase
Build strong relationships with senior technical and non-technical individuals
Scope, plan, and execute a successful customer onboarding
Ensure project timelines are met
Lead product demonstrations, proof of concept, online webinars, and one-on-one consultations to educate customers on the usage and best practices of our products
Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Partner Integrations, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams as the product advocate to help prioritize existing gaps, features, and product strategies
Attend local or international conferences and industry events (optional).
Requirements: Experience in leading product implementation projects
Prior experience in the mobile marketing industry and/or SaaS companies
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong project management skills
Technical background and analytical experience
