About the Role We're looking for a strategic and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, this role will take ownership of conversion optimization, sales enablement, and Marketing Automation - leveraging data -driven insights to drive demand and improve performance. * Hands-on ownership and optimization of the entire user journeyfrom the first website visit through email campaigns and onboarding flowsturning visitors into customers.
* Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, generate high-quality leads, and enhance website performance.
* Design, build, and optimize landing pages and website elements using Elementor, ensuring a seamless and conversion-focused User Experience.
* Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to boost growth efforts.
* Own the sales enablement process, translating sales needs into effective marketing materials to support conversion rates.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role in the SaaS industry a must
* Proven expertise in HubSpot, including Marketing Automation, workflows, and CRO strategies.
* Strong knowledge of SEO and proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4. WordPress hands-on experience managing and editing sites, including page creation, optimization, and plugin management.
* Experience building responsive, high-converting pages using Elementor
* Experience managing vendors, including performance tracking and budget allocation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data -driven decisions.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
