Responsibilities:
Manage, configure and maintain IT servers and systems
Ensure high quality services are provided to internal customers through the development and maintenance of robust IT policies and procedures.
Design, implement, and manage complex virtualization environments using VMware or Nutanix.
Experience working successfully with information security and IT policies.
Support our datacenter and lab environments.
Maintain and upgrade our AWS environment keeping all our servers and services up to date and with the best practice configuration.
Assist with integration of SaaS applications into our organization infrastructure.
Keep our systems live and backed up and ensure that we comply with our SLA
Drive a heavy automation bias into your solution portfolio. Ensure that the automation you develop, deploy and support is scalable, reliable and well-documented.

5+ years of proven experience as a Sys Admin in global hi-tech companies.
Have an automation-first mindset/bias.
Proven experience in VMWARE/Nutanix is a must
Must have practical experience with VMware, Windows, AD, Linux Servers.
Collaborate with IT, R&D, and security teams on cross-organizational projects.
Ability to work under pressure with mission-critical systems.
Have experience deploying and supporting network/security elements and their associated config characteristics
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN and WAN to maintain server functionality
Act as a tier two support engineer for the IT helpdesk team.
Proven experience in AWS and Azure clouds.
Manage Users, Groups, and Computer objects and be able to create Group Policy
Implement security fixes and patches across multiple environments.
Proven experience supporting Office365
Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered and Team player.
In-depth knowledge with Forti FW and VPN, Cisco SW and WiFi, NAC, SSO, ZTNA etc.
Soft Skills:
Strong service orientation and communication skills.
