Job Description:
You will spearhead the recruitment of senior leadership and executive roles on a global scale, focusing on attracting top-tier talent for key leadership roles across various functions and regions.
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, and candidate management, ensuring a high-touch and engaging experience for senior leadership candidates.
You will develop and implement cutting-edge recruiting strategies tailored to senior leadership, enabling you to shape the future leadership of a rapidly growing business.
You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in executive recruitment, allowing you to streamline operations and achieve better outcomes.
You will conduct in-depth market analysis to inform and adjust recruitment strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and enhancing your strategic impact.
You will work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand business needs, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and successful placements, allowing you to build strong, influential relationships
You will serve as a strategic partner, working closely with each business unit and the recruiting team to drive the success of our global workforce plan.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in global senior leadership recruitment within the high-tech industry.
Proven experience managing full-cycle senior leadership recruitment, from sourcing to candidate management and offer negotiation, including experience in conducting thorough global interviews remotely and a comprehensive understanding of various selection methods and techniques.
Strong ability to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for senior leadership roles across various regions, tailored to local markets.
Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and strategies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment practices, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, combined with a collaborative and communicative approach.
A "people person" with great teamwork, responsiveness, and communication skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
Fluent English (native speaker preferred).
