As a Global Talent Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
Identifying, diagnosing, and analyzing developmental needs and working with stakeholders to design and execute effective solutions
Organizing, monitoring, and evaluating delivery
Hosting and moderating global sessions for internal audiences
Consulting with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure delivery of solutions meet stakeholder needs
Collaborating with Global Talent Development colleagues in designing and developing content for learning modules that are engaging, high quality and have measurable impact
Program-managing site-specific and company-wide initiatives (current and new) that align to HR strategic priorities
Benchmarking best practices in line with industry trends resulting in suggestions for continuous improvement

Requirements: To be successful in this role you will:
Have relevant experience and education in a related field
Able to program manage end-to-end learning initiatives and programs
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization
Able to influence in a diverse, global workforce through collaborative communication and a consultative approach across all levels
Be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working both on their own and with cross-functional teams.
