What youll be doing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and GTM positions, from sourcing, screening to offer negotiation and close.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements, defining skills criteria, establishing a clear interview process, and creating a sourcing plan.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment process.
Implement systems and reports to measure and optimize recruitment process.
Requirements: 4 years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience- a must.
Experience from global tech organization- a must.
Experience in conducting active sourcing on various search platforms- a must.
Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and conducting offer negotiations through closure- a must.
Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships both internally and externally.
Strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using the Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the critical data points for the success of your hiring teams.
