We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of one of our Product business units.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the GM, helping drive operational excellence, coordination, and execution across a fast-paced global organization. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and other functions to ensure priorities are effectively managed and key initiatives move forward seamlessly.

How will you make an impact?
Partner closely with the General Manager to support day-to-day operations, leadership priorities, and strategic initiatives
Coordinate leadership forums, business reviews, and cross-functional meetings across global teams and time zones
Prepare agendas, capture key decisions, track action items, and drive follow-through to ensure execution
Act as a central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Facilities, and other business functions
Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive communications
Assist in planning team events, offsites, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activities
Work with vendors and support budget administration, purchase orders, and expense tracking related to team activities
Support onboarding and organizational logistics for new team members
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness
Serve as a trusted extension of the General Manager, demonstrating sound judgment, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements: Relevant academic degree
5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of autonomy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with internal systems such as Concur, procurement/PO systems, or HR platforms (e.g., Workday) - an advantage
Experience supporting event coordination and managing budgets - an advantage
Comfortable working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
