A publicly traded medical device manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial up to trial balance: balances, provisions, income, expenses, recognition, data completion, revaluations, and estimates.
Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and ongoing supplier/customer account reconciliations
Processing vendor invoices against purchase orders
Preparation of vendor payments and working with MASAV (Israeli payment system)
Issuing customer invoices
Payroll journal entries and online filings with authorities: VAT, National Insurance, Income Tax
Working with inventory and related accounting
Requirements: Certified bookkeeper up to trail balance Must
Proven experience with Priority or Must
Experience working with global companies An advantage
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Must
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role Must
High level of English proficiency (reading and writing) Must
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork skills.
Additional Information:
Full-time position, 5 days a week.
On-site work at the companys offices in Ramat Gan.
