We are looking for a talented Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join our Applications & Integrations group. The Applications & Integrations Group is globally responsible for business applications and cross-department integrations in the organization, ensuring the delivery of innovative high-quality solutions to meet business and operational needs.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, a high level of technical understanding and a passion for delivering results.
What youll be spending your time on:
Lead and manage cross-organizational technical projects in large-scale. From the discovery phase to design and throughout implementation while using scrum and agile software development methodologies.
Set clear project plans and timelines, driven by defined business cases according to company priority. This will include project deliverables, milestones, and all relevant ceremonies to push a project to delivery in the expected timeframe.
Take an active role in all project discussions and facilitate positive collaboration with the goal to reach the correct technical solution that fulfills the business requirements.
Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
Produce and upkeep documentation for each project.
Requirements: At least 2 years of proven experience in managing and driving technical projects in an Enterprise grade level environment.
A proven ability to build roadmaps and execute complex technical projects in a dynamic environment using scrum and agile software development methodologies.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent.
Extensive hands-on technical Salesforce knowledge and proven experience in leading Salesforce projects.
Extensive technical understanding of integration solutions and familiarity with REST API.
Very Detail oriented and willing to deep dive into technical solutions.
Experience working with Project management tools such as Asana, Monday etc.
Excellent communication and leadership skills that allow you to engage and drive processes across departments.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Accountable and highly driven.
People person and a team player with a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hebrew.
