* Coordinate urgent shipments and premium freight activities when required. Import & Export Operations
* Manage import and export processes while ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
* Prepare and review shipping documentation, customs declarations, certificates, and commercial invoices.
* Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company shipping policies and regulatory requirements. Carrier & Freight Forwarder Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
* Evaluate and negotiate transportation solutions based on cost, lead time, and service requirements.
* Monitor carrier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead transportation escalations and resolve delivery issues. Logistics Cost & Performance Management
* Analyze logistics expenses and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
* Monitor transportation KPIs and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Optimize transportation modes and routing strategies.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, and operational efficiency. Process Improvement & Systems Management
* Drive logistics process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
* Support implementation and optimization of shipping and transportation systems.
* Develop reports and dashboards to improve logistics visibility and decision-making.
