This role is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering and production planning activities, ensuring production continuity, accurate planning, and efficient execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Engineering:
Manage BOMs, ECOs, and product configurations
Lead NPI and transfer from R D to production
Define testing procedures and support product validation
Ensure compliance with standards and certifications
Support process improvements and root cause analysis
Production Planning and Resource Management:
Build and manage production plans based on forecasts and orders
Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Sales
Monitor inventory, material readiness, and production continuity
Maintain accurate data in the Priority ERP system
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and production planning
Experience working with production processes and manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system - Must
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong system -level thinking
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Excellent English- written and spoken
Experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly operations - Advantage
