We are looking for a Technology Transfer project manager to be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end technology transfer projects for drug products. In this role is you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transfer of products from different site within Israel to our commercial production ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead pharmaceutical technology transfer projects from initiation through completion in accordance with established project management methodologies.
Management of all detailed project plans and action items according to the project's timeline, budget, and risk mitigation strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
Ensure all project activities comply with cGMP, Israeli Ministry of Health (IMOH) regulations, and relevant ICH guidelines.
Manage project-related change controls, deviations and risk assessments in accordance with company quality systems.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in a scientific or engineering field.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) - an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry - mandatory.
Full proficiency in Excel and project management system - mandatory.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and unit operations.
Proven experience in managing pharmaceutical technology transfer projects - an advantage.
Experience with Tables, capsules and liquid dosage forms - an advantage.
Working knowledge of GMP quality systems, including change control and deviation management.
Strong leadership in a matrix organization.
Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of accountability and problem-solving capability.
