* Management and maintenance of all building and facility systems and infrastructure, ensuring their functionality, safety, and order
* Supervision and management of service operations - cleaning, security, maintenance, gardening, and technical systems such as electricity, water, and air conditioning
* Management of suppliers and subcontractors, including defining requirements, professional oversight, and budget management
* Implementation of safety and information security procedures in accordance with company and defense regulations
* Handling malfunctions, service calls, and urgent demands, including the management of repairs and documentation
* Promoting projects to improve buildings and facilities, initiating efficiency and cost-saving processes
* Daily cooperation with internal and external interfaces and suppliers
* Writing, updating, and executing maintenance and safety procedures
* Ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures, and approvals from the Ministry of Defense and regulatory authorities
* Managing a professional team and conducting training for employees in safety, security, and maintenance
* Responsibility for periodic inspections, documentation, and regular reporting to management

* Proven experience in facility/building/infrastructure management within a defense or industrial company
* Experience in managing staff and suppliers
* Strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with safety regulations and information security procedures in the defense sector
