We are now expanding our global B2B offering, and we are looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to help drive this growth from our TLV Office.
The Role
As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners and financial institutions, including fintechs, PSPs, and banks.
You will own the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and building long term partnerships to driving revenue growth and expanding our payment volumes globally.
This position plays a pivotal role in scaling our global payments platform and deepening our strategic partnerships with financial institutions around the world.
This is a strategic, hands on role for a driven professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and navigating complex multi stakeholder sales processes.
What You Will Do
Drive growth through new partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and payment aggregators.
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal execution.
Represent us at key industry conferences and events, identifying and converting high potential opportunities.
Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Use data to optimize performance, working with HubSpot and BI tools to monitor pipeline, conversion, and volume expansion.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships within payments, fintech, FX, or financial services.
Proven track record of developing and closing complex long term deals.
Strong understanding of cross border payments and institutional client needs.
Self-starter, commercial mindset, proactive, persistent, and results driven.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and run high value consultative sales processes.
Data driven, organized, and comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and BI dashboards.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel and represent us at industry events.
