We're expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Senior Marketer to impact how millions of people around the world learn or discover something new like music, singing, drawing, and more. This is a hands-on role within a multidisciplinary team, in which youll own the marketing end-to-end, understand different audiences and how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.

What will you do
Generalist marketing: Youll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
User flow strategy: Develop and optimize in-app & web flows to maximize conversion at each step.
Direct-to-consumer strategy: Youll directly influence the journey of millions of people.
Getting things done from start to finish: Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, writing and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
Audience-first thinking: Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
Requirements: 4-5 years of generalist marketing experience in a global, performance-oriented, consumer company or start-up, as a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or Product Marketer. You are a true all-around marketing expert who has tried many strategies and is methodological.
Deeply understand US audiences, the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey, using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.
