As a Monetization Manager in our Team in our Tel Aviv Office, youll work with a cross-functional and cross-cultural team - AMs, Product Managers, R&D, contractors and more. This position requires collaboration between interdisciplinary teams to achieve the companys targets and deliver constant growth. You will be monetizing a diverse portfolio of products, including Apps, web and more. Using the most up to date advertising technologies.

How youll make an impact:
Responsible for ad stack optimization across all programmatic products at our company-News - display, video and native - to hit the companys revenue targets.
Responsible for daily revenue management and execution of AdOps tasks, as well as managing ongoing programmatic partnerships. Daily contact with demand partners, in parallel to managing the technical aspect of the ad serving and performance optimization. Continuously grow revenue based on the companys KPIs and targets, and to provide monetization insights, real-time information and results to the relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with product and engineering on AB testing and implementing advertising products, as well as troubleshooting and QA-ing
Stay up to date on all industry news including updates such as: Prebid.org, regulatory updates (GDPR, CCPA..etc), Identity solutions, policy changes (ads and content).
Requirements: To thrive in this role, youll need:
5+ years of experience monetizing publisher assetsproducts (mostly Web)
Hands-On, proven experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) - a Must
Hands-On, proven experience with Header Bidding (PreBid) - a Must
Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry, including: SSPs, Header Bidding, Open Bidding, RTB.
Experience in understanding advertisers objectives and delivering results by optimization or product changes to meet Adv KPIs
Supreme analytics skills, providing insights from complex data sources. Advanced Excel skills and good analytical understanding.
Experience working with industry top demand partnerssources.
Advanced technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of GAM and other tech vendors form a publishers ad stack.
Great interpersonal skills, people person, and a team player.
Attention to detail, well organized, and multi-tasking capabilities
Proactive with a drive to constantly look for opportunities with a business development mindset.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
