Support Product and Engineering teams on legal issues relating to technology, intellectual property, licensing, AI, and emerging technologies.
Assist with privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Support corporate governance, financing activities, strategic transactions, and other corporate legal matters.
Provide legal support on employment-related matters in collaboration with HR and external counsel.
Manage relationships with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop and maintain scalable contract templates, legal playbooks, policies, and internal processes.
Deliver legal training and guidance to business stakeholders.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to our global operations.

Commercial & Product Counsel:

You'll work closely with product teams and stakeholders across the company on the full breadth of a regulated payment company's legal work. RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the management of litigation matters involving the Group a, including working with external legal counsels across multiple jurisdictions;
