Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications running in production.
Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
Lead Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and drive automation across infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to streamline release cycles and enhance production readiness.
Define and promote best practices for automation, monitoring, security, and platform operations.
Establish cloud governance standards, platform architecture, and operational procedures to support business growth.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Proven experience managing and supporting enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments.
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies, including Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies, automation frameworks, and scripting.
Strong background managing Windows-based infrastructure, including Windows Server and IIS.
Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile environments.
Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar infrastructure automation technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
