Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker The Partnerships Lead at Chargeflow will play a crucial role in developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth and customer value. We are searching for someone to spearhead all ongoing and future responsibilities around our partnerships efforts. We’ve made great progress with dozens of partners and are eager to have someone lean into this full time. Chargeflow quite literally sells itself with it’s PLG offering, and this role is focused on getting the right partners to recommend Chargeflow to their customers or affiliates. Our goal is to equip Partners with one of the easiest wins available in eCommerce for all of their clients. Join us on this exciting journey to transform the battle against fraud. Your Arena:
* Engage new Partnerships across Agencies, Fractional CFOs, Payment Processors, eCommerce ecosystems and Other Tech Partners
* Ensure efficient and wide-spread adoption across respective Partners client base
* Understand Partner goals and provide an easy channel for communication and growth across our ecosystem
* Cultivate a customer-centric mentality while collaborating closely with the product and sales teams to provide the VOC and communicate customer feedback to strengthen Chargeflow’s operational components around insights, growth, retention, and expansions.
Requirements: 5+ years of eCommerce Industry Partnerships experience and payment processors - A MUST
* Tech-oriented. Resourceful and out-of-the-box thinker who can work through problems and execute at a fast-growing company.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet targets and commitments.
* Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
