We're looking for an exceptional, organized, and hands-on Bookkeeper who will assist in recording all day-to-day financial transactions and help take our Tel Aviv-based finance function to the next level.
Youll review invoices and establish payments, prepare payments and reporting, and update the team regarding payment status.
In addition, youll assist in monthly and year-end financial closings with our bookkeeper and Finance team, including recording invoices and handling payments to our professional service providers. This includes overseeing prepaid and accruals, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, credit card reconciliation and classifications, and gathering information for tax filings.
In this role youll:
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Record AP invoices and prepare bi-monthly payments.
Conduct reconciliation of the company's vendors, bank accounts, and credit card activities.
Record month-end JE: accruals, payroll JE, depreciation, and prepaid.
Prepare and submit VAT and tax returns.
Handle additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements: What youll need:
Bookkeeping type 2 certification.
3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper at a tech company.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in English, and comfortable working across time zones.
Advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience working with Workday ERP system, a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week.
