V&V Engineer ensures that our products meet all system requirements, adhere to specifications, and deliver a high-quality, competitive solution that fulfills customer needs and expectations.
What will you do?
Serve as the Verification & Validation focal point
for a dedicated program within an Agile team.Conduct requirements and PBI analysis , as well as risk assessment and comprehensive test planning.
Design and execute tests at all levels - from software standalone to full system integration, including black box and grey box testing at the system level.
Define and develop automated tests to support both V&V and R&D activities.
Analyze, document, and report test results , ensuring accurate defect logging and tracking to resolution.
Monitor and follow up on defects and open issues through their full lifecycle.
Collaborate with development teams to provide actionable feedback, support fault isolation, and maintain high-quality data handoffs.
Identify and investigate cross-product issues and dependencies.
Support the Service and Field teams in resolving escalated customer issues and contributing to root cause analysis.

We are looking for R&D Pharma Team Leader to be responsible for the professional and managerial leadership of R&D pharma team engaged in formulation and process development of drug products. The role includes building and executing work plans, managing timelines, providing scientific expertise of formulation and manufacturing process development, scale-up activities, transition of products from development to commercial manufacturing, leading process validations and technology transfers and supporting ongoing commercial manufacturing through deviation investigations and professional assessments, while continuously driving operational efficiency within the department.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert in formulation development, scale-up, and manufacturing processes.
Assign tasks, prioritize activities, and perform continuous follow-up on execution.
Ensure high-quality scientific and technical deliverables in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Lead formulation and manufacturing process development in accordance with QbD methodology. Definition of QTPP, CQAs, CPPs, and Design Space.
Evaluation of experimental work, including scale-up activities from laboratory scale to Engineering to registration batches scale.
Lead and support process validation activities (Process Validation, PPQ). Review, assess, and approve validation protocols and reports.
Lead and participate in pharmaceutical technology transfer projects and transition of drug products from development status to commercial manufacturing, ensuring process robustness, regulatory readiness, and manufacturing continuity.
Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure successful product commercialization.
Identify risks, delays, and resource gaps, and lead mitigation actions.
Provide regular progress updates to management.
Actively participate in deviation investigations related to products in routine manufacturing and provide professional pharmaceutical opinions and assessments.
Perform root cause analysis and support definition and implementation of CAPAs.
Support change control activities related to products and processes.
Initiate and lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the department.
Implement pharmaceutical and regulatory best practices.

Your Impact

As an Experienced DFT Engineer, you will:

Own and drive DFT execution across the full product lifecycle, from pre-silicon design through post-silicon debug and production qualification.

Define and align DFT architecture and strategy in close collaboration with chip architects, design, and verification teams.

Oversee and contribute hands-on to the implementation of DFT features, including ATPG, scan insertion and compression, and memory BIST.

Our Backend Engineers handle all aspects of chip design, including Definition, Physical Synthesis, Place and Route, Optimization, Timing Closure, Design Floor Planning.

You will be the tech lead for CAD within the team, leveraging your extensive backend and physical design experience to drive the development, optimization, and innovation of CAD methodologies and tools, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our chip design flows from RTL to GDS.
