We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Partners platform strategy end to end. You are the DRI, accountable for the vision, plan, priorities, and the results. You come with deep product experience, strong judgment, and end-to-end ownership skills to lead this initiative from concept through MVP to a scalable platform.

What You Will Lead
Own end-to-end product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and MVP boundaries (Prototype → MVP → Platform).
Lead discovery and design discussions with discovery and prototype with a UX/design vendor and translate learning into clear product decisions.
Work directly with the business and partners to convert their needs into clear product needs and Convert partner and business needs into user stories and a prioritized backlog focused on decisions and outcomes.
Own delivery execution: milestones, timelines, resourcing needs, dependencies, risks, and progress tracking across workstreams.
Synchronize UX, Data/DWH, and Engineering to deliver one coherent product (aligned scope, assumptions, and releases).
Ensure high-grade data governance (role-based access, closed-period logic, partner-relevant views).
Drive practical AI adoption in the product: identify high-value use cases, define guardrails, and lead implementation so AI improves decisions (not a separate demo).
Requirements: 5-10+ years of Product Management experience (senior, hands-on).
Experience working in complex systems with multiple personas.
Proven experience building a B2B/partner-facing product from scratch through MVP and launch.
Strong background in data-heavy products/platforms beyond dashboards.
Experience working closely with UX discovery/prototyping, data teams, and software engineering.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Fluent level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Advantage: Experience in global companies and/or scaling products across regions, functions, and enterprise standards.
Advantage: AI proven experience shipping real AI capabilities into production, including adoption/impact measurement.
Advantage: Experience in intelligence or business intelligence systems that transform complex data into insights for various business personas.
