We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join a growing cloud and automation team within our PS Division. The department maintains application infrastructure and cloud systems in production, covering managed cloud services, Storage, advanced computing, networking, and security. This role requires initiative and responsibility, working closely with development and operations teams, deploying new systems and versions, managing cloud projects, and proactively monitoring and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.

Required DevOps Engineer
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Be a member of a strong team responsible for all DevOps aspects in the company: Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Monitoring, DataOps, SecOps and cost management
Architect, automate and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
Implement SecOps best practices in all infrastructure and processes
Integrate visibility and alerting capabilities into infrastructure and processes
Improve and automate CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a cohesive global strategy for support and training, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer journey from initial onboarding to expert-level use.
Define and own all key performance indicators (KPIs) for both functions. Crucially, you will analyze support data to identify trends that should inform and prioritize the creation of new training content.
Design and manage a tiered global support organization that efficiently serves different customer segments and geographies with clear SLAs.
Oversee all support tools, including ticketing systems and knowledge bases, to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.
Continuously refine support workflows, escalation paths, and incident management processes to improve resolution times and customer satisfaction.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive library of training content (e-learning, instructor-led courses, videos, documentation).
Design and manage global certification programs to validate expertise, create a skilled partner ecosystem, and provide a clear value path for customers.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of support engineers, trainers, and frontline partners/subcontractors.
Build an integrated culture where the support and training teams collaborate closely, share insights, and operate as a single, unified enablement function.

Position Overview

Architecture Innovation:

Exploring new architectures of high-performance computing network systems and efficiently integrating communication library, topology, and network protocol to solve performance bottlenecks.
Technical breakthroughs in networking and cluster routing algorithm：
Analyzes computing cluster network performance and leads the development of computing cluster network technologies
Research and optimize the heterogeneous interconnection topology of key computing chips to continuously improve the key competitiveness of Huawei computing heterogeneous chipsets
Responsible for the research of data center network technologies, and guide network topology design and routing algorithm development
Group leadership:
Lead the development of a comprehensive system architecture for AI Fabric and HPC Fabric solutions
Manage and mentor highly skilled team leaders, to ensure that the group operates together in pursuit of common goal
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
