You will guide a DevOps team, set technical direction, and own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong emphasis on security, cost-efficiency, and production reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across design, automation, deployment, and operations.
Architect and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Design and implement complex cloud networking infrastructure VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) and CI/CD optimization (Argo CD).
Lead production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting practices to ensure system resilience.
Oversee cloud cost optimization strategies while maintaining system performance.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, compliance (SOC2, ISO27001), and cloud governance best practices.
Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure goals with business needs.
Champion continuous improvement through team mentoring, process enhancements, and technical leadership.

Provide customers on-site support, deployment and implementation, knowledge transfer, configurations, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies to customers via phone, e-mail, and web

Responsible for reviewing user documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, problem solving guides, etc
Provide on-call support 24x7 on an as-needed basis, including travel to customer sites for critical situations to expedite resolution

This team focuses on PANW Cortex Security and Security Assurance features across various operating systems and platforms, including (but not limited to) Linux, Mac, and Cloud. This is an applied research role with a clear mission: your research directly improves the detection and prevention capabilities of our XDR agent.
The role involves simulating, automating, and developing proof-of-concepts for known threats and offensive tools to evaluate new feature security coverage and detection quality, aligned with the Kill Chain/MITRE ATT&CK Framework and real-world threats. We need an experienced Security Researcher with a deep background in offensive security concepts and a strong interest in Linux, Cloud, and macOS platforms.
