we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the successful introduction, go-to-market, and adoption of Angie.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping its market positioning, developing its GTM strategy, and driving adoption among our target customers.
You'll collaborate closely with our product management, marketing, and growth teams to define the product's unique value proposition, identify customer needs, and create compelling messaging and positioning.
You will lead and execute strategic marketing plans to generate awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Angie's positioning and value proposition, and establish it as the leading Agentic AI for WordPress through compelling storytelling and thought leadership.
Craft clear, consistent messaging across all channels, adapting narratives for different audiences and stages of the user journey.
Grow the developer and creator community around Angie through events, social channels, partnerships, and activations.
Plan and execute end-to-end launches and product updates, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver positioning, messaging, and campaign assets.
Conduct user research to uncover workflows and pain points, and translate insights into actionable direction for the product team.
Support Product-Led Growth initiatives that drive discovery, activation, and upgrades through in-product experiences and funnel optimization.
Data-driven optimization: Analyze engagement and conversion funnels, track ecosystem growth metrics, and run experiments to improve outcomes.
Requirements: 3+ years of product marketing experience.. Experience with plugins, ecosystems, or open-source communities is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable conducting user interviews and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into marketing direction.
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using metrics, experimentation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes.
Comfortable working closely with product, R&D, growth, design, and marketing teams in a fast-moving environment.
Self-starter mindset: A proactive, independent contributor who thrives in fast-paced environments and can move quickly from strategy to execution.
AI-first mindset - comfortable using AI tools to automate and scale workflows, with a natural inclination toward AI-native approaches in day-to-day work.
