לניהול 17 חנויות בוטיק בפריסה ארצית, 2 מנהלי אזור, מנהלי חנויות בוטיק ועובדים. סה"כ 130 עובדים הפריסה ארצית.

Responsibilities:
Optimal execution and implementation of the company-defined customer experience strategy.
Encourage purchasing and customer loyalty in boutiques and across all channels while delivering an optimal customer experience.
Support boutique managers in developing regional and multi-channel focus by promoting action plans based on data and insights.
Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutiques by leveraging commercial, customer, and geographic insights.
Drive the organization's business results through strategic, tactical, and operational decisions.
Build and manage the unit's budget, track performance, and initiate improvements and efficiencies in
Requirements: Requirements:
Mandatory academic degree.
5-10 years of experience in direct sales of products and services.
At least 4-5 years of professional experience in retail/commercial management.
Experience in leading and managing managers.
Experience managing a unit's budget.
Proven experience in business development/sales promotion.
Proven ability in customer focus, including understanding customer needs, attention to detail, effective communication, personalized approach, quick problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Very high ability to work with multiple interfaces.
Good proficiency in English is required.
