We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner and right hand to our senior leadership team. In this role, you'll provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support - owning complex calendar management, travel planning, and playing a key role in driving projects, initiatives, and company-wide events.
We're looking for someone with strong business acumen who sees three steps ahead, treats every task like a business problem to solve, and uses AI as a daily lever to move faster and smarter.
This role is based out of our Jerusalem office in Talpiyot and reports to the CEO.
What you will be responsible for
Complex Calendar Management: Take full ownership of high-volume executive calendars, strategically prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing all logistical aspects across global time zones.
End-to-End Travel Planning: Plan and execute comprehensive travel itineraries - international flights, accommodations, ground transportation, agendas, and expense reports, anticipating every detail before it becomes a problem.
Internal & External Point of Contact: Serve as the trusted interface between our executives and internal teams, customers, and external partners - composing confidential correspondence and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication flow.
Events, Off-Sites & Special Projects: Organize executive off-sites and leadership meetings from concept to execution, and take ownership of cross-functional projects relevant to the work of the leadership team.
Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken - a must.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and exceptional attention to detail in drafting high-quality communications (meeting briefs, emails, and follow-ups), utilizing available tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Strong business orientation, ability to think like an operator, understand business context, and treat executive support as a strategic function.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills - comfortable making judgment calls when priorities collide.
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving instincts, and the maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities.
Flexibility and availability to work across U.S. and Israel time zones when needed.
The top candidate will also have:
Experience supporting executives through major company milestones (M&A, fundraising, board transitions).
Experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders and across U.S./Israel time zones.
Familiarity with travel management and expense platforms such as Mesh Payments.
Prior exposure to project management, operations, or Chief of Staff-style work.
Experience building AI workflows or automations (Claude Projects, custom GPTs, n8n, Zapier, etc.).
This position is open to all candidates.
