Requirements: Minimum 10 years of Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales, preferably in cosmetics or chemicals industry
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team and other departments of the company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Analytical and data -driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Native or like-native English level (both verbal and written), with excellent communication skills.
