The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager, Cards BIN Sponsorship to lead the development and growth of our BIN Sponsorship initiatives within the Cards product team, working with Fintech, processors and card networks. You will be the connective tissue between Cross River's compliance and oversight obligations and the external ecosystem of card networks, third-party processors, and program managers. You will collaborate closely with our data engineers to ensure we have the right data pipelines and reporting in place for compliance oversight; and partner with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to maintain our position as a top BIN sponsor bank. You understand the "what" and "why" of the card lifecycle deeply enough to ensure our oversight and data requirements are met, and you can translate between technical details and strategic conversations with fintech executives and card network representatives.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:
* Define and execute the Product Strategy and roadmap for our Cards BIN Sponsorship program, ensuring alignment with business, partner, and network priorities.
* Own the data integration and standardization requirements for BIN sponsorship programs: work with data engineers and third-party processors to ensure we receive timely and accurate data necessary for compliance oversight, reconciliation, and monitoring.
* Serve as the internal subject matter expert on card products, BIN registration and management, and network mandate changes as they apply to partner-managed programs.
* Continuously improve our oversight framework for BIN-sponsored programs, including partner onboarding criteria, monitoring requirements, and reporting in partnership with Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
* Partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure all BIN-sponsored programs adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and card network operating rules. Drive product-level improvements that strengthen our compliance and oversight framework.
* Coordinate with the Card Payments and Processing product leads to ensure BIN sponsorship components are properly represented in programs that also have on-platform elements, maintaining clear ownership boundaries and avoiding duplication of effort.
