As an Ad Operations Manager, youll be at the core of our revenue-generating engine, helping world-class brands drive performance at scale.
You will:
Own and manage client activity across multiple SaaS environments (Player, DSP, Ad servers), from onboarding to optimization.
Operate and optimize demand-side seats including setup, QA, troubleshooting, and performance scaling.
Lead day-to-day execution across Video, Audio, CTV Outstream campaigns, delivering efficiency and excellence.
Monitor pacing delivery to ensure campaign KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Drive meaningful business outcomes by maximizing revenue and profit through analytical performance decisions.
Conduct continuous hands-on optimizations: reporting analysis, bidding, supply sourcing, targeting refinement, and traffic delivery.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Science, Economics, Math advantage).
3+ years of hands-on campaign operations experience managing Video / Audio / Outstream formats.
Strong familiarity with programmatic systems (DSPs/SSPs/VAST/RTB) - advantage.
A data -first mindset with the ability to translate insights into performance-driving actions.
High attention to detail; structured, curious, and proactive.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
