we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent aligned with growth strategy and culture. From crafting compelling job descriptions to managing sourcing, interviews, and candidate experience, youll play a key role in shaping our global team. This position reports to the Global Talent Lead.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on selection criteria and team dynamics.
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across professional and social platforms.
Manage job postings across multiple channels, including the company Linkedin page and internal referral programs.
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication across hiring teams.
Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate notes in our ATS platform.
Support hiring managers in decision-making by providing clear candidate assessments and leveraging team feedback effectively.
Draft and extend offers.
Availability to work late hours as required to support recruitment activities for the U.S.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruitment for a later stage SaaS/technical start-up.
Familiarity with various professional recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Ashby, etc.).
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in hiring GTM roles (Sales, CS, Marketing) - a strong advantage.
