RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the development and maintenance of Webflow pages across the company's marketing site and product-related microsites, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and consistency with brand and design guidelines
Build fullstack features and tools that support Growth initiativessuch as landing pages, interactive components, dashboards, and other user-facing experiencesaimed at increasing traffic, engagement, and conversio
Integrate Webflow with internal systems and APIs, enabling data-driven and personalized web experiences that support the marketing and product pipeline
Develop Growth products (e.g., widgets, embeddable tools, data visualizations) that live both on and outside the companys main site to drive lead generation and business impact
Monitor, maintain, and improve existing web assets, ensuring they remain up to date, functional, and optimized for performance and SEO
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and data teams to translate ideas into working solutions that align with business goals

You will drive the implementation of backend and frontend systems and contribute to data-driven capabilities at scale. Youll collaborate with product managers and other engineers to bring innovative features to life and deliver high-impact solutions to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop backend architecture for scalable, high-performance systems
Build a next-generation analytics web app on React
Build robust APIs and data services to power a next-generation analytics platform
Work with distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and speed
Maintain and optimize backend & frontend services, pipelines, and application logic
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning
