Our best-in-class product is expanding its offering into the CFO office including an end-to-end Payroll & Benefits and launching additional Fin-tech modules. The Director Of Product role will oversee several products in the IL and EU, expand our native in-house payroll solutions as well as a wide variety of payroll integration solutions, working closely with our strategic partners and lead the way to plan, build and launch new modules for the Finance persona.
Drive 0-to-1 new module expansion in the FinTech space - from concept, discovery, validation, execution to launch and early-market adoption. Build an AI-first roadmap, using agentic capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions.
Own the payroll & benefits marketplace strategy ,identify high-value use cases and strategic partners-led opportunities across workforce and fintech ecosystems. Oversee the execution of scalable, monetizable API/MCP/Data-Feed solutions.
Collaborate with Marketplace teams - both tech and business - to expand the ecosystem and unlock new Partner-led commercial opportunities.
Champion modern AI product practices (Cursor, Make, Speckit, BMAD, vibe coding/prototype) and elevate PM AI capabilities through coaching and leadership.
Lead multi-geo, cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, TPM, Design, Compliance, PMM and Customer-Facing teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, scalable products. Lead work streams across various modules that act as inputs or outputs to payroll, such as Time & Attendance, Compensa.
Requirements: 7+ years of demonstrable hands-on Product experience, in a HR-Tech/Fin-Tech SaaS company (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce, Payments, Spend, etc)
5+ years of Leadership experience with a proven track record of hiring, managing and developing PMs and successful teams in a fast-paced environment.
Zero-to-one mindset - Experience launching complex products to market from the ground-up and generate significant measurable business impact.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences in remote teams.
Strong experience with API-first ecosystems, integrations, and partner-driven products and revenue models.
Experience applying AI-first product thinking, including agentic workflows, automation, and operational AI tools and processes
Advantage - Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, etc)
Advantage - Experience collaborating with cross functional teams, including Partnerships, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Success
