Were looking for an experienced Full Stack Development team lead to join a leading tech company and take ownership of end-to-end development, team leadership, and architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in an Agile environment
Take a hands-on role in developing with.NET Core, Node.js, and React
Design and maintain complex web applications and services
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams
Manage relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL server, Oracle
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
Drive technical growth and best practices within the team
Requirements: Requirements:
5+ years of Full Stack development experience
Strong skills in.NET Core, Node.js, and React
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL server, Oracle )
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring dev teams
Solid knowledge of software architecture and design principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience developing GIS systems using Open Layers, Leaflet, or ESRI (ArcGIS) major advantage
