We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Department and play a crucial role in the success of our cross-border e-Commerce business.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Insights:
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.
GTM Enablement:
Train and equip GTM teams with the tools and resources needed to effectively sell and position products.
Develop competitive battle cards and objection-handling strategies.
Manage product launchs, release notes, communications, and deliverables.
Content Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and other assets.
Ensure consistency and alignment of content across channels.
Product Messaging:
Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging frameworks.
Create product value proposition.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in e-Commerce, Fintech, Logistics or Payments industries
B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience Advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to craft compelling product narratives and translate complex concepts into clear, concise language and business values
