We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to build supporting infrastructure for a smooth, effective, and data-driven Product Management execution.

Your role:
Create and enable processes to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our product, from ideation through delivery
Collect, analyze, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data from within and outside the product team, bringing metrics to the front of what we do as a business to help make decisions, enhance Product outputs, and improve efficiency
Maintain templates, guidelines, and resources so the product team can operate efficiently.
Build healthy interfaces between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, and improve cross-functional alignment
Manage product management tech stack, define and record best practices for consistent and effective use.
Traceability between business objectives and roadmap prioritization.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar roles.
Experience managing product management tech stack and documenting best practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technological background previously worked in Product/R&D
English at a high level, including verbal expression abilities and drafting documents in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent practical experience
Highly independent yet at the same time a team player.
Proactive, creative, out-of-the-box, and original thinking in problem-solving.
A wide angle vision and system wide perspective of software and internet products
High sense of ownership and accountability.
High analytical skills.
