Location: Petah Tikva
Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We seek a senior staff-level product security engineer to serve as a senior technical authority within the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT). PSIRT is our awareness, response, and investigation capability for post-release vulnerabilities in our-developed products and service offerings.
This role is for a recognised expert who can operate independently and as part of a team on the most significant security issues facing the platform-vulnerabilities that require evaluating intangibles. You will lead deep-dive investigations, coordinate resolution across engineering, product, and release teams, and demonstrate calm, decisive leadership during significant security events.
This is a role for someone who already understands product development cycles and the engineering and product relationships that drive them-and will use that fluency to lead fixes to completion under incident pressure. You will help shape how we respond to product security vulnerabilities at scale and the technical rigour of the entire response capability.
The coverage provided by this role is:
Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00 UTC.
Monday: 08:00 - 16:00 UTC.
Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:00 UTC.
Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:00 UTC.
Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00 UTC.
Due to the nature of incident response and the needs of the business, coverage may change. Additional coverage outside of stated hours may be required in response to significant incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Through Significant Security Events:
Demonstrate technical and organisational leadership during these events-bringing structure and clear decision-making under pressure.
Partner with incident commanders, business information security leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams to maintain clear ownership, workstream prioritization, and hand-offs during these events.
Reduce Exposure Window:
Drive coordinated response across affected releases, balancing risk and remediation feasibility.
Leverage an understanding of product development cycles and engineering/product partnerships to move fixes through the release pipeline without stalling on organisational boundaries.
Verify fix completeness and guard against incomplete mitigations before release.
Drive the CVE & Coordinated Disclosure Process:
Collaborate with external security partners, vendors, and researchers on coordinated disclosures, aligning timelines and messaging across parties.
Conduct technical accuracy reviews of external advisories, researcher write-ups, and joint disclosure content to ensure correctness before publication.
Represent PSIRT's technical position in multi-party coordinated disclosures and researcher engagements.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of auditing source code for security vulnerabilities.
Demonstrated leadership during significant security events or major incidents, with willingness to participate in on-call.
Ability to read and comprehend Java and JavaScript code.
Strong understanding of common Java and JavaScript vulnerabilities.
Proficiency in scripting in both Python and JavaScript for data gathering, processing, and visualisation.
Development of proof-of-concept exploits for web application vulnerabilities.
Written and verbal communication of complex security risks clearly to both technical teams and leadership.
Experience with leading fix implementation and release coordination across engineering, product, and test/release teams.
Proficiency in deep-dive product security investigations and root-cause analysis spanning design, code, configuration, and operational layers.
Exploit analysis and proof-of-concept development that distinguishes real exploitability from theoretical risk.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Petah Tikva
Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We seek a Staff Application Security Engineer to serve as the technical core of our bug bounty program within the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT). This is the senior engineer who owns bug bounty reports from intake through resolution: reproducing and validating the vulnerability, assessing its severity, and seeing it through to a verified fix.
The work is deeply technical. Reproducing a vulnerability is only the starting point. From there you read the underlying code, identify root cause, and either propose the fix or design it alongside engineering before confirming it holds. You are also the person researchers deal with directly, which makes clear, credible communication as central to the role as the technical analysis itself.
As one of the most senior engineers on the team, you will set the standard for how triage is done and mentor earlier-career engineers. Beyond the bug bounty queue, you will conduct variant hunts, perform original platform security research, lead major product security incidents, and run forensic postmortems when a significant issue reaches production.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and Resolve Bug Bounty Reports:
Own incoming reports end-to-end: intake, reproduction, severity scoring, root cause analysis, fix verification, and final disposition.
Reproduce and validate reported vulnerabilities, building out incomplete proof-of-concept code where needed.
Serve as the technical escalation point for the most complex and highest-severity reports, including multi-step exploit chains and cross-system issues.
Perform code review and root cause analysis to identify the underlying defect rather than the reported symptom.
Propose remediations, or design them with engineering, and verify the fix resolves the issue.
Assign and defend severity ratings using the program's severity framework.
Route issues to owning teams, file and track defects, and keep vulnerability records accurate through closure.
Own Researcher and Stakeholder Communication:
Act as our primary technical point of contact for bug bounty researchers across the full lifecycle of a report.
Handle severity and validity disputes directly, keeping every exchange clear, timely, respectful, and technically credible.
Translate technical findings for internal stakeholders and keep engineering and leadership current on status and risk.
Mentor the Team and Raise Triage Standards:
Provide technical mentorship to earlier-career PSIRT engineers, developing depth in reproduction, code analysis, severity judgment, and communication.
Set and maintain the bar for triage quality and strengthen program practices over time.
Lead Advanced Security Work Beyond Triage:
Conduct variant hunts to find related instances of reported vulnerabilities before they are discovered externally.
Perform original platform security research to surface issues ahead of external researchers.
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in product security, application security, penetration testing, or vulnerability research. Depth of expertise matters more than years.
Expertise in:
Common web and application vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques.
Vulnerability reproduction, severity assessment, and defensible risk scoring under ambiguity.
Coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
Code and development fluency:
Strong code comprehension in Java, JavaScript, and Python, with the ability to trace root cause in large, unfamiliar codebases and review pull requests.
Ability to write code and propose concrete fixes. This is not an application-building role, but you reason fluently in code.
Working knowledge of Git, Gradle, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and secure SDLC.
Proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistant for code comprehension and security research.
Exceptional written communication.
This position is open to all candidates.

Required Principal AI Security Engineer
Job Description
Role
This is a hands-on architecture role: deep research, secure systems design, and prototyping, applied across product lines with minimal direction and broad latitude to set the technical agenda. You will set platform-wide direction for securing the AI development lifecycle, define the security architecture, agents, and models operating within it, and represent our AI security point of view externally. You'll be a technical authority other engineers and other teams look to on emerging AI-specific threats, working in close partnership with the AI security research team - drawing on their findings and feeding real-world attack surfaces back into their agenda.
What you'll do:
Own the security strategy and architecture for our Agentic AI ecosystem, LLMs, and models across product lines
Lead threat modeling for the most complex and novel GenAI/agentic surfaces: cross-agent autonomy, multi-agent tool orchestration, and emerging attack classes not yet standardised in the industry
Set the architectural standard for securing model/RAG/data pipelines platform-wide, including access-control and data-boundary models that other teams are expected to build against
Define what "secure-by-design" means for agentic systems, and drive adoption across engineering orgs
Represent our AI security posture externally (standards bodies, industry publications, conferences) and internally to executive stakeholders
Mentor and technically guide engineers on AI-specific security work
Requirements:
Bachelors / Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, specialisation in Security or AI/ML or an exceptional, well-evidenced track record substituting for it
10+ years of software engineering experience, including a track record of owning the architecture of complex systems at enterprise scale
A track record of setting technical direction beyond your own team - architecture or standards other teams adopted, senior engineers you've levelled up, and comfort operating where the problem isn't yet defined
7+ years in security engineering - network and systems security, security protocols, design reviews, and threat modeling - with a focus on AI-specific work in recent years
Multiple demonstrated engagements threat modeling and/or securing LLM, GenAI, or agentic systems, with evidence of platform-level or cross-team impact
Personal ownership of prompt injection / jailbreak defense, guardrail architecture, or AI red-teaming programs - ideally having built the program/methodology, not just executed within one
Deep, applied experience securing model, RAG, or data pipelines, including having designed the access-control and data-governance model others build against
Fluency with the OWASP LLM Top 10 (or equivalent) to the point of extending, critiquing, or contributing to such frameworks - not just applying them
Deep hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
Clear communication, a collaborative default, and a bias toward learning fast in a field that changes constantly
Bonus
Strong command of auth protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, API Keys) and agentic protocols (MCP, A2A), including having designed identity/consent models for them
Built and open-sourced (or productized) security tooling/automation for AI systems now used beyond one team
Track record of CVEs, top-tier publications, or invited talks specifically in AI/ML or LLM security
Prior experience setting AI security strategy at a platform or company level, not just a single product
5+ years of programming experience in Java or Python.
This position is open to all candidates.

In enterprise security, no product wins alone. Identity has become the critical framework linking cloud infrastructure, security applications, and automation. As organizations rapidly adopt AI agents and autonomous machine workflows, securing how these systems interact is the most critical challenge in modern technology.
As Senior Product Manager for Technology Alliances, you will define how the Idira platform connects with the broader enterprise technology ecosystem. Your primary mission is leading our AI and machine solution partnerships, driving horizontal strategy across the entire portfolio.
You will operate strategically across three ecosystem tracks: our internal engineering speedboat team, external partners building directly on our platform, and core product lines embedding integrations into their roadmaps. We are looking for a fast product builder who thrives in ambiguity, establishes cross-organizational alignment with ease, and makes excellent product calls.
Ecosystem Roadmap: Define product direction and author technical requirements for both internal engineering builds and external partner developers by translating signals from customers and the field into a prioritized integration backlog.
Market Research: Continuously evaluate the fast-moving AI, machine learning, and automated agent identity landscapes, identifying high-value technology trends and net-new integration opportunities.
Drive Technology Partnerships: Lead the product strategy for strategic technology alliances. Partner closely with the business development managers who own the business relationship.
Cross Functional Alignment: Partner with core product management leaders across the enterprise to synchronize roadmaps, delivery timelines, and launch plans, creating a unified strategy across all products.
Bring Integrations to Market: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product marketing to ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineers are fully equipped to position, demonstrate, and implement new integrations to drive customer adoption.
Measure Ecosystem Adoption: Own the framework for tracking how customers interact with our ecosystem. Monitor and analyze integration usage data, identify trends in customer adoption, and connect these product health insights directly to broader platform growth and retention goals.
Requirements:
5 or more years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning a product roadmap from concept to launch
Direct experience managing integration products, APIs, or platform extensibility frameworks
Proven ability to operate across partners, engineering, sales, and executive leadership simultaneously without losing momentum
Superb communication skills, both in writing and in conversation, across highly technical and business audiences
Experience in technology alliances, partner programs, or ecosystem focused product roles is a strong plus
Deep familiarity with enterprise identity security, container platforms like Kubernetes, and modern DevOps pipelines where automated machine workloads are deployed is a plus
Knowledge of AI platform integrations or AI native technology partners is a distinct advantage.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We're looking for a Staff AI Security Specialist who sits at the intersection of AI and Security and is happiest building. This is an applied role: you'll spend your time reasoning about how agentic systems break and then writing the code that stops it, from prototype to shipped control in collaboration with Security Engineers.
What you get to do in this role:
Analyze the security of AI agent systems - how the harness assembles context and drives the tool-calling loop, how agents plan and delegate, what they persist to memory, and how all of it responds to untrusted input - and find where an adversary can subvert them
Design and build security controls for agentic systems: static analysis of agent and tool configurations, runtime policy enforcement, behavioral detection, and mitigations for tool and goal hijacking
Build working prototypes end to end, then partner with engineering to harden the ones that prove out
Threat model new AI architectures and features before they ship, and turn findings into concrete controls rather than a list of risks
Red-team our own agents and our own defenses: indirect prompt injection, tool abuse, privilege escalation across agent boundaries, data exfiltration through model and tool channels
Build repeatable evaluations and benchmarks so we can measure whether a control actually holds, and prove it as models and products change underneath us
Track offensive and defensive AI security research and judge quickly what's real, what's noise, and what should change our roadmap
Advise product and platform teams building agentic features on secure design, and raise the team's collective depth in AI security
Publish what's worth publishing - internal research, patents, and external talks
דרישות:
Experience in leveraging integration of AI capabilities into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
6+ years of combined experience in security, software engineering, or applied research, including 2+ years working hands-on with AI/ML or LLM-based systems, is required
Strong working knowledge of the agent harness and its security-relevant seams: system prompt and context construction, the tool-calling loop, context window management and compaction, sub-agent delegation, sandboxing and execution boundaries, is required
Working knowledge of agent memory and retrieval systems - what persists, who can write to it, and how it is read back - along with orchestration frameworks and tool protocols such as MCP, and the failure modes each introduces, is required
Demonstrated depth in at least one security domain (application security, offensive security, authorization and identity, or detection engineering), with the instinct to reason in terms of attacker capability, preconditions, and attack chains rather than checklists, is required
Practical understanding of the AI-specific threat landscape - prompt, tool, and goal hijacking, indirect injection through retrieved content, memory poisoning and adversarial instruction persistence across sessions, insecure agent configurations, cross-session and cross-tenant data leakage, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS - is required
Proficiency in Python, sufficient to independently build and ship working systems, is required
Ability to take an ambiguous problem statement to a working artifact, own it end to end, and abandon it without ceremony when the evidence says it doesn't work, is required
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical business users as well as technical stakeholders is required
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building systems that make and enforce security decisions at runtime
Experience building static or dynamic analysis tooling
Experience with AI red-teaming, adversarial ML, or evaluating models and guardrails at sca המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
