Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, from daily platform users to executive management.
Experience managing third-party API integrations.
e-Commerce industry experience - a major plus.

Requirements:
At least 7 years in Product Operations, Business Development or Product Lifecycle Management within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Experience with feature or Product delivery, value driven decision making and coordinating product launches and releases.
Experience in agile & kanban development, release processes, and change management.
Hands-on daily use of AI tools in real work, with concrete examples of what changed as a result.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar release tracking tools.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing product performance metrics, overseeing execution strategy and tactical improvements
Comfortable contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product pipeline
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:
Proven experience building or architecting Agentic AI solutions using programmatic developer frameworks - Must have.
Strong technical knowledge of identity & Authentication protocols, such as OAuth/OIDC and SPIFFE/SPIRE.
Experience working within companies or teams focused NHI, IAM, PAM, IGA - significant advantage.
2-3+ Years in Product Management (or equivalent highly technical role such as technical product owner, solution architect, or core developer eager to transition to PM).
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing, and highly ambiguous market segment.
Experience working with large, global enterprise customers and understanding their security governance requirements.
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
Proven ability to succeed in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (mainly in English)
Pragmatic Marketing methodology knowledge & certification - an advantage
