We are looking for a seasoned SW Engineering Manager to join the Idira R&D platform organization. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for the Idira SaaS micro-frontend (MFE) platform and the critical services that handle API access to Idira services.
You will manage a high-performing team of engineers, combining hands-on technical leadership with strong execution. Your team owns services that are crucial to any customer interaction with Idira services whether it is UI or API access.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of 6-8 software developers and QA engineers.
* Own development activities end-to-end, including delivery, quality, technical execution, and production support.
* Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#/.NET and web/WPF technologies.
* Provide technical leadership, architecture input, code reviews, and troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the AI R&D transformation and Agentic SDLC agenda across multiple clients: assessments, KPIs, rollout plans, training, champions programs, skills/agent developments, etc.
Lead AI Coding Tooling optimization end-to-end, plus evaluate/compare adjacent tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Kiro, etc).
Create training materials (slides, exercises, demos) and deliver workshops; Train teams yourself and mentor trainer bench.
