We are seeking an exceptional and experienced VP, Chief Architect to drive our overall architecture and technology strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, this role will be instrumental in modernizing and scaling our platform to support product velocity, operational resilience, and future growth.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that requires deep technical acumen, architectural vision, and the ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Technology Strategy:
Define and lead the companys architectural vision to ensure a scalable, modular, and high-performance product platform.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to align architecture and technology direction with business priorities.
Drive adoption of modern architectural practices and patterns across engineering teams.
Lead the evolution of the existing .NET monolith into a modular architecture that enables faster, safer development.

Engineering Enablement:

Required VP, Head of Robotaxi R&D and Operations
Description
We are building the worlds first affordable Robotaxi platform a fusion of ultra-efficient Agentic AI, cloud-defined autonomy, and mass-market scalability. We are now seeking a VP, Head of Robotaxi R&D and Operations, a leader who can orchestrate the full symphony: system design, fleet operations, technology partnerships, and large-scale deployment.
This executive will own the end-to-end development, validation, and operationalization of our Robotaxi systems. They will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, shape the system architecture, establish fleet operations across multiple geographies, and cultivate strategic partnerships needed to bring an affordable Level 4 solution to market.
This role is equal parts architect, hands-on operator, and professional manager guiding a frontier technology from invention to urban streets.

Responsibilities
1. Robotaxi System Development
System R&D, software development, and communication of the full Robotaxi stack including perception, prediction, planning, control, redundancy, functional safety, fleet intelligence, and cloudedge coordination.
Own the system architecture built on our Agentic AI, Air2Road localization, and Cloud-Defined Vehicle (CDV) principles ensuring a scalable, affordable, and globally deployable L4 platform.
Translate Level-4 autonomy goals into precise engineering requirements, development milestones, safety cases, and validation frameworks, covering both on-vehicle and cloud-driven intelligence.
Oversee cross-company and cross-domain integration, including edge compute, cloud orchestration, vehicle platform integration, remote operations, and continuous learning pipelines.
2. Fleet Operations & Deployment
Build and manage Robotaxi pilot fleets in multiple cities; define operational playbooks, KPIs, maintenance cycles, and driverless operations processes.
Establish real-time fleet monitoring and performance dashboards using digital-twin and simulation during driving capabilities.
Coordinate with local regulators, municipalities, and partners to ensure safe and compliant deployment.
Drive continuous improvement loops from real-world data back into the R&D roadmap.
3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Leadership
Lead technical and operational engagements with OEMs, mobility operators, cloud providers, Tier 1s, and city partners.
Manage integration with partner hardware (compute, sensors, connectivity) and cloud infrastructure.
Represent our Robotaxi vision in strategic, commercial, and regulatory forums.
4. Organizational Leadership
Build and mentor world-class engineering, operations, and program teams.
Create culture of technical excellence, accountability, and rapid iteration.
Collaborate closely with the CADO, CEO, and cross-functional leaders to align on roadmap, funding, and global expansion.

As VP of R&D of the Data division , you will oversee the development and execution of our data technology strategy, managing the applicative and infrastructure layers connecting applications to data, feeding engines with the communication, activities and business context from external systems to all products. You will be reporting to the Chief R&D officer , and will be responsible for scaling an R&D division, driving data applications and infrastructure development, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

Oversee data applications and infrastructure development, ensuring robust architecture and technical excellence.
Bring our Data and API strategy to the next level, with AI driven technologies like MCP and A2A.
Lead the revolution of data driven applications with a unified data strategy including a shared data model and data related capabilities across the platform.
Lead connection to the ecosystem, leading our strategic partnerships with key players in the market like Microsoft, OpenAI, Salesforce and more
Build data processes and infrastructure to support the huge scale of billions of records of our customers data in an infinitely scalable platform requiring tight SLAs for updates and sub second query times for complex aggregations.
